JIJ offers an application-based nonprofit hosting program. Eligibility requires review of documentation supporting the organization’s legal nonprofit status.
What to do
- Sign in as the owner of your JIJ client account and open https://billing.jijweb.com/index.php?m=jij_nonprofit. Create a client account first if you do not have one.
- Enter the legal organization name, jurisdiction, registration details, authorized contact, domain and hosting requirements. Save a draft or submit for review.
- Provide an official HTTPS registry link or upload PDF, PNG or JPG proof, up to 8 MB per file and three files. Redact personal IDs, bank details and unrelated information.
- Return to the application to check its status or respond to requests. Wait for hosting activation instructions before changing your domain or moving a live site.
Good to know
Uploaded verification copies are deleted 90 days after the final decision; the verification result and audit history remain. Approval and activation are separate. Verified approval starts capacity-checked activation; hosting access details are sent after the service and server account are confirmed. Setup issues remain visible for administrator review. Hosting remains subject to technical fit and available capacity. Applying creates no invoice or paid subscription.
