Manage saved payment methods through your authenticated client portal, using the payment controls available for your account.

What to do

  1. Sign in directly at billing.jijweb.com and look under Billing for payment methods or open the unpaid invoice you need to settle.
  2. Check whether an existing method is the default and whether a recurring payment arrangement applies to your services.
  3. Enter new payment details only into the secure payment interface. Do not paste them into support tickets or project forms.
  4. After a change, review the invoice status and renewal settings. Ask JIJ if you need confirmation about how a subscription will be collected.

Good to know

Removing a saved method does not cancel the hosting service or erase an amount owed. Request service cancellation separately.
