JIJ care plans support one WordPress website following an onboarding review. Care is separate from hosting and from a new website build.

What to do

  1. Essential is currently $79/month or $948/year for its defined maintenance scope.
  2. Support is $149/month or $1,788/year and includes 30 minutes of small edits per month.
  3. Growth is $249/month or $2,988/year and includes 90 minutes of small edits per month.
  4. Review the current product description and provide the site address and access requirements for onboarding. Ask about an existing issue before assuming it is covered.

Good to know

Allowances do not roll over. Hosting, third-party licenses, major remediation, new development and new copywriting are separate unless explicitly included. No 24/7 response promise is implied.
