Use separate credentials for your portal, cPanel, email and website administrator accounts. Access to one should not expose the others.
What to do
- Use unique passwords stored in a password manager and enable two-factor authentication wherever the service offers it.
- Give each authorized person their own user account and only the access needed for their role.
- Keep your account email current so you receive security and renewal notices.
- Open billing.jijweb.com directly to verify an unexpected payment or login email before following its links.
- Remove former collaborators’ access and rotate shared secrets when a relationship ends.
Good to know
JIJ support should not need your full card number or an account password pasted into a ticket.
